Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus Launched With 10.1-Inch Display: Price, Specifications, Features
Xiaomi has launched another tablet just two months after they launched the Mi Pad 4. The Mi Pad 4 Plus which is a larger version of the standard Mi Pad 4 was launched this week.
The Mi Pad 4 Plus comes with a larger display, faster chipset, and bigger battery when compared to the 8-inch tablet variant.

In terms of specifications, the Mi Pad 4 Plus features a 10.1-inch display with a WUXGA (1920×1200 pixels) resolution, and 16:10 aspect ratio. The display has 1000:1 contrast ratio and color density of 224ppi. Powering the device is Qualcomm’s new efficient 14nm process octa-core Snapdragon 660 processor. The Snapdragon 660 runs four Kryo 260 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and four Kryo cores clocked at 1.8GHz alongwith Adreno 512 GPU and 4GB of RAM for support. Starage options include a 64GB and 128GB. It also supports expandable storage up to 256GB via microSD card slot.
On the camera front, the Mi Pad 4 Plus features a 13-megapixel main camera with f/2.0 aperture, and Omnivision OV13855 image sensor. Up front, it sports a 5-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture, and Samsung S5K5E8 sensor. The front camera can also be used for face unlock similar to the Redmi Y2 and Redmi Note 5 Pro.
The tablet measures 245.6×149.08×7.99 mm, and weighs around 500 grams. It supports connectivity features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and 4G LTE. It runs MIUI 9 based on Android 8.1 Oreo, and is backed by a large 8,620mAh battery.
The Mi Pad 4 Plus is priced at RMB 1,899 (around $276) for the base model with 64GB storage, while the 128GB variant costs RMB 2,099 (around $305). The tablet will be available for purchase in black and gold colors.
